Guidelines

IDENTIFICATION, PROOF OF INSURANCE AND DEPOSIT REQUIRED

1.The Renter may within ten (10) working days from the beginning rental date, establish intent to exercise the option to purchase.Otherwise, no option to purchase is offered or implied and no equity is established hereunder."

2. Renter acknowledges receipt of equipment in good working order and agrees to return such equipment to the Renter in the same condition, natural wear from responsible use excepted.

3. Renter shall be liable for any misuse, loss, theft, destruction, or damage to the rental equipment, including damage from unauthorized attempts to repair. INSURANCE IS NOT INCLUDED.

4. All equipment lost or damaged beyond repair will be paid for by the Renter at the current replacement value. All repairable damaged equipment must be repaired only by Rentor and cost of such repair shall be paid by the Renter.

5. Rentor is to be free from any liability or responsibility from the use or misuse of rented equipment.

6. Renter will pay all collection fees, court costs, attorney's fees, or any other expense required to enforce the terms and "
conditions of this contract.

7. Rental Rates: The Minimum Rental Rate is $20. Weekends, Holidays and Days-in-Transit are Not Exempt From Rental Rates. Daily rates are calculated to the nearest full-day. After one full month of consecutive rental the daily rate will be pro-rated at 1/30 th the monthly rate. Rental Rates will not be reduced due to an ACT OF NATURE.

Training may be available for a fee.
IF EQUIPMENT DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY, NOTIFY OUR OFFICE IMMEDIATELY
